Tacos with minced beef and avocado

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 350 g Minced beef
  • 1/2 TEASPOON ground cumin
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Ginger powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tabasco
  • 2 Avocados
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Mini Romaine lettuce
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 12 Tacoshells (1 package of 135 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili Flakes

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Halve the lime and squeeze the juice. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced garlic for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Add onions, 2/3 of the garlic, ginger and cumin and fry for about 5 minutes more. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones and remove the flesh from the skin. Mash the flesh with a fork. Mix the remaining garlic, yoghurt and a few drops of Tabasco with the avocado flesh, season with lime juice and salt. Wash the salad, shake dry and cut into strips. Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes. Mix tomato cubes and salad

    Spread the minced meat mixture and salad into the tacoshells. Add avocado yoghurt and garnish with chilli flakes. Serve immediately
