Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 120 g fine cut smoked salmon ham
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cress
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kebabs

Directions

    Boil eggs for 8-10 minutes until hard. Then rinse with cold water, peel and let rest for a while. In the meantime wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves. Fold ham slices into quarters.

    Cut the eggs into 4 slices. Put the prepared ingredients alternately on skewers so that the egg shape is recognizable. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with oil and sprinkle the egg skewers. Garnish with cress
