Bring the milk, sugar and vanillin sugar to the boil. Add rice and let it swell at low heat. Stir from time to time. In the meantime peel oranges generously, so that the white skin is completely removed.
Cut out the flesh between the separating skins. Quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard stalk. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into pieces. Wash apple, quarter it, remove core.
Cut apple into slices and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Peel and slice bananas and sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Roast the flaked almonds in a pan without fat until golden brown, place on a plate.
Heat the fat in the pan, add honey and deglaze with apple juice. Add orange liqueur. Swirl fruit in it. Arrange the rice in a wide form, spread the fruit on top. Sprinkle almond flakes over it.
Decorate as desired with a slice of lime and lemon balm.
