Rice balls with veal goulash

Ingredients

  • 250 g Wild rice mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 750 g Veal (from the topside)
  • 250 g pink mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package Light sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tin(s) (425 g; partial weight: 240 g) Artichoke Hearts
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 collar flat leaf parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

Directions

    Season egg yolk with salt and stir until creamy. Add the oil first in drops, then in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Stir mustard and garlic into the egg oil mixture. Season with pepper, vinegar and salt. Leave to stand for 30 minutes
