Mix starch and 3 tablespoons of juice. Boil up the remaining juice and 1-2 tbsp. sugar. Stir in the starch and bring to the boil again. Fold in berries. Let the compote cool down
Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain, quench and drain well
Heat the fat in a frying pan. Fry the noodles in it until golden brown all around. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Arrange on plates with berry compote. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with mint if desired.
