Wash and drain the cherries. Set aside some fruit for decoration. Stone the remaining cherries.
Wash the lime in hot water, dry and grate the peel. Squeeze the lime. Mix juice and peel with mascarpone, quark, cream, sugar and vanillin sugar. Fold in cherries.
Halve 4 "Nippons" diagonally, chop the rest roughly. Arrange the cream with "Nippon" corners and the rest of the cherries. Sprinkle with chopped puffed rice.
