Summer salad with mustard dressing

Ingredients

  • 50 g Lamb's lettuce or tender leaf spinach
  • 1/2 Lettuce
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 small onion

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain salads well. Pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash or peel the cucumber. Cut or slice into thin slices.

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar in a bowl. Fold in the oil. Peel and finely dice the onion and stir in. Mix the marinade with the prepared salad ingredients and serve. Serve with baguette if necessary
