Roughly chop the sweets. Warm the cream in a small pot. Add the sweets, except for a teaspoon, to the cream and melt them while stirring. Remove from the hotplate. Wash the plums, grate them dry, cut them in half, remove the stone and cut the flesh into thin slices.
Place 2 plums on each small ovenproof plate and pour cream-caramel evenly over them. Gratinate in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 250 °C/ convection oven: 225 °C/ gas: level 5) for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining chopped candy. Serve immediately
