Sugar Pea Tomato Gratin

Ingredients

  • 500 g Sweet peas
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 100 g medieval Gouda cheese

Directions

    Clean and wash the sugar snap peas, blanch in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes and drain. Clean, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish.

    Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the vegetables. Coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle over the vegetables. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker 200 ° C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes.
