Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Clean, wash and cut cabbage and spring onions into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cashew nuts, brown them in a dry pan and take them out. Heat the oil in the pan, fry the prepared vegetables for about 3 minutes while turning. Deglaze with Chinese sauce and bring to the boil. Add the shrimps and cashew nuts, swivel through and fold in. Sprinkle with Chinese spice
