Stuffed tomatoes with ground pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 large tomatoes (about 750 g)
  • 1/2 potty fresher or
  • 1 TEASPOON dried. Marjoram
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g ground pork or mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS pine nuts or almond slivers
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)

Directions

    Clean and wash the tomatoes and cut off one lid each. Remove the inside of the tomatoes with a spoon and store them. Wash and chop the marjoram. Peel and finely chop the onion

    Heat the oil. Fry the ground pork in it until crumbly, turning it over. Brown the onion and tomato inside. Season with a little salt, pepper and marjoram

    Dice the cheese. Put the tomatoes in a casserole dish. Fill with the meat mass. Spread the rest of the filling around it if necessary. Sprinkle with pine nuts and cheese. Pour on broth

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Roast potatoes or rice taste good with it

    Drink: light red wine
