Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 red and yellow peppers (or 1 whole)
  • 1 (approx. 175 g) small hip steak
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 (62,5 g) scoop of mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Peel the onion and cut it into strips. Clean and wash the peppers. Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes while turning. Add onion strips and fry for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and pepper, remove. Add the bell peppers to the hot frying fat, fry for 3-4 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper and remove.

  2. 2

Cut the meat into strips, mix with strips of onion and fill into the pepper halves. Cut cheese into slices, place on the meat and bake in the preheated oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted (or heat in the microwave at the highest setting for about 1/2 minute). Remove the pepper halves, let them cool down

  3. 3

Wash the parsley, shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop them, except for a little to garnish. Arrange the pepper halves in a sealable container, sprinkle with parsley and garnish. Serve with apricots and a bean salad
