Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 yellow and green pepper
  • 250 g Sheep's cheese
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 black olives
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Halve, clean and wash the peppers. Dice the feta cheese and put it in a bowl with sour cream and eggs. Puree with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Stone and chop the olives.

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix with the feta cheese and season with salt and pepper. Fill the pepper halves with it and put them in an ovenproof dish.

    Cover with olives and drizzle with oil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 40 minutes. Rice noodles taste good with it.
