Clean and wash the celery. Put leaf green aside for garnishing. Cut celery into slices. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Wash and quarter apples, cut out core.
Cut the pulp into small pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice. Dice smoked pork loin. Halve grapefruits. Remove the fruit flesh from the inner skins. Remove the skin afterwards.
Mix the prepared ingredients and fill into the grapefruits. Stir yoghurt and mayonnaise until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry and add to the salad. Dust the salad with curry. Garnish with celery green.
It goes well with whole grain toast.
