Stuffed dates from the grill

  • 20 big dates
  • 10 discs Bacon (ask the butcher for lactose-free variety)
  • 150 g lactose-free cream cheese
  • 3 TABLESPOONS deep-frozen 8-herb mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Stone dates. Halve the bacon slices lengthwise. Mix cream cheese with herbs. Fill dates with cream cheese and wrap 1 bacon slice around each date. Fix with wooden skewers. Grill dates on the preheated grill for 4-5 minutes until the bacon is browned.
