  • 4 Zucchini flowers
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 small paprika
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash zucchini flowers, remove pistils, dice shallot, carrot and pepper.

    Sauté the shallot in a little olive oil, add the carrot and pepper pieces, salt and pepper and fry briefly.

    add roasted vegetables to the cream cheese, mix well, fill into the flowers, brush the flowers with olive oil, twirl them slightly at the front, put them in the oven for 20 min at about 200
