Ingredients

  • 250 g Dark chocolate
  • 200 g Butter
  • 5 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 350 g Sugar
  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 heaped Tsp baking powder
  • 2 kg small strawberries
  • 4 packages Pudding powder "Vanilla Flavor"
  • 1 l Milk
  • 500 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp sugar pearls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Disposable piping bag
  • baking paper

Directions

    Roughly chop 200 g chocolate. Melt with butter in a bowl over a warm water bath. Eggs, vanillin sugar, salt and 200 g sugar

    whisk with the whisk of the hand mixer for 5-8 minutes until thick and creamy. Mix flour and baking powder. Add the chocolate butter mixture to the egg cream and stir in. Sift the flour mixture over the egg cream and stir in briefly. Grease the oven pan (approx. 32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Add the dough and smooth it down. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for 20-30 minutes. Let cool on a cake rack. Wash and clean the strawberries and drain well. Mix pudding powder with 150 g sugar. Stir with 250 ml milk until smooth. Bring 750 ml milk and cream to the boil in a saucepan and remove from the heat. Stir in the pudding powder and let it simmer for at least 1 minute while stirring. Immediately spread evenly on the base. Spread the strawberries on top and press them down, let them cool down. Chop 50 g chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Pour into a small piping bag. Spray ornaments (flowers etc.) on baking paper and decorate with sugar pearls, allow to set. Dust the cake with icing sugar and cut into pieces. Decorate with chocolate ornaments
