Strawberry tartlets with quark cream

Ingredients

  • 125 g + 375 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 50 g Diabetic sweetness
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 Bottle of butter-vanilla flavor
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS condensed milk
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 300 g cleaned strawberries
  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Put 125 g quark, oil, egg, diabetic sweetener, salt and flavour in a bowl. Mix flour and baking powder and sieve over it. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Grease the cake tin (approx. 10 cm Ø). Roll out the dough on a little flour and cut out circles (approx. 11 cm Ø).

    Line the moulds with the dough. Spread the dough with condensed milk. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Whip cream until stiff. Season 375 g quark with sweetener. Fold in cream. Spread the cream over the cakelets. Quarter the strawberries and cover the cream with them. Finely chop the chocolate and sprinkle over the cakelets.
