Strawberry pudding with rum pot fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 Package pudding powder "Strawberry Flavor
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 120 g Rum pot fruits
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Mix four tablespoons of milk with pudding powder and sugar. Boil up the rest of the milk. Remove milk from the heat, stir in pudding powder and bring to the boil while stirring. Pour the pudding into cold rinsed moulds and chill for four hours. Turn strawberry pudding out onto plates. Spread rum pot fruits around it. Garnish with lemon balm
