Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 75 g Salt pretzels
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cinnamon
  • 5 TABLESPOONS demerara sugar
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Schmand
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g ripened cream

Directions

    Melt the butter. Coarsely crumble the pretzels in the universal crusher. Mix with cinnamon, 1 tbsp. sugar and butter, set aside. Wash and clean the strawberries and mix with 1 tbsp. sugar. Put the sour cream, 3 tbsp. sugar and vanilla sugar into a high mixing bowl and whisk until stiff with the whisks of the hand mixer.

    Stir sour cream until smooth and fold in sour cream.

    Layer cream, strawberries and pretzel mixture alternately in 6 glasses. Keep cool until serving.
