Ingredients

  • 5 Eggs
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vanilla sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 100 ml Mineral water
  • 200 ml Whipped cream
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Icing sugar

    Whisk the eggs with half of the milk, the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and salt. Then gradually stir in the flour, add the rest of the milk and the water, stir everything well and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.

    Bake about 8 golden yellow pancakes from the dough in a pan.

    Let the pancakes cool down well. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone. Wash the strawberries, remove the greenery and cut most of them into slices. Crush 6-8 strawberries with a blender and stir them into the cream-mascarpone mixture together with a few drops of vanilla extract. Then sift the icing sugar, also add it and mix everything again well.

    Dinner is served. For this, alternate layers of pancakes, cream-mascarpone cream and fruit are piled on top of each other. The top layer should consist of fruit. For decoration, sieve icing sugar over the cake again.
