Strawberry Mascarpone Dessert

If that's not a reason to invite friends and family: The heavenly strawberry dessert is easily enough for the extra large round and makes little effort.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Strawberries
  • 1 jar (450 g) Strawberry Jam
  • 1 package (330 g) Confectionery cream
  • 500 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 100 g Ladyfingers
  • 25 g Chocolate Droplets

    Clean, wash and quarter the strawberries. Stir jam until smooth and mix with strawberries. Whip 200 g confectioner's cream until stiff. Whip mascarpone, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for 2-3 minutes until creamy. Fold in the cream.

    Coarsely crumble the lady fingers. Pour into a bowl (approx. 1.75 l capacity). Spread half of the strawberry jam mixture on the sponge crumbs. Add half of the mascarpone cream. Add the rest of the strawberry jam mixture. Spread the rest of the mascarpone cream on top.

    Whip 130 g confectioner's cream until stiff and spread loosely on the mascarpone cream. Sprinkle chocolate drops on top and chill until serving.
