Wash, drain, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash the thyme, shake dry and chop the leaves coarsely. Peel ginger and grate finely.
Place the ginger, strawberries, vodka, thyme and jam sugar in a tall container and mix with the blender for about 45 seconds.
Pour the fruit spread into clean glasses, close them well and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 2 weeks.
