Ingredients

  • 50 g Amarettini
  • 175 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 TABLESPOONS + 1 tsp milk, 6 tbsp oil
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g + some flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 150 g Strawberry Jam
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Strawberries and cream

    Line baking tray with baking paper. Fill Amarettini into a plastic bag, close bag. Crumble roughly with a dough roll. Mix quark, 6 tablespoons milk, oil, sugar, vanillin sugar and 1 pinch of salt. Mix 300 g flour and baking powder. Stir half into the quark mixture, knead in the rest

    Form the dough into a thick roll on a little flour and cut into 8 slices. Place on the baking tray with enough space between the slices. Press each slice slightly flat with your hand (approx

    Whisk the egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Brush the edges with it. Sprinkle Amarettini crumbs on top and press down gently. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Cool down. Decorate with strawberries and cream
