Strawberry cream cheese frosting

Ingredients

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 250 g Butter
  • 350 g Icing sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Strawberry powder (freeze-dried)

Directions

    Beat the butter until it is soft and creamy

    Add cream cheese. This will look lumpy at first. Depending on the type of cream cheese it might even release water.

    If water is visible, simply tip it away.

    Keep mixing until everything is creamy (takes about 3 minutes).

    Add icing sugar.

    Combine freeze-dried fruit powder with Frosting.

  7. 7

    Decorate cupcakes with Frosting.
