Clean, wash and chop the strawberries. Halve lime and squeeze juice. Mix the strawberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and lime juice. Roughly chop the cantuccini.
Mix mascarpone with curd, milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar. If necessary, fill the mixture into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout. Fill layers of mascarpone cream, cantuccini and strawberries into dessert glasses. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve.
