Drain the green pepper. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Peel the lime so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins, cut into pieces and add to the strawberries. Coarsely chop the pepper, add it with the syrup to the strawberries as well, mix carefully and let it marinate for about 5 minutes. Arrange and decorate with lemon balm and lime wedges
