Steamed spinach with pine nuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Spinach
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 125 g Cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp double
  • 50 g Pine nuts

Directions

    Clean, wash and sort spinach. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Heat fat in a pan and fry onions and garlic. Add the spinach and let it collapse while turning.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Stir in double cream. Fry the pine nuts briefly and sprinkle over them. Arrange spinach on small plates
