Steak with baked celery

Ingredients

  • 1 Pork cutlet (approx. 175 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 75 g Celery
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs (20 g each) Soft cheese with green pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Stalk Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it at medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side. In the meantime, clean, wash and cut the celery into pieces and cook in boiling salted water for about 2 minutes. Clean and wash the tomatoes and carve them crosswise. Season the meat with salt and pepper, place in an ovenproof dish and cover with celery and cheese.

    Season tomatoes with salt and pepper and spread around them. Drizzle olive oil over it and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, wash the thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stalk. Serve tomatoes and meat sprinkled with thyme and garnish with parsley as desired
