Springlike Mairübchen stew with Kasseler

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 350 g Carrots
  • 500 g Mairübchen
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Stalk leek (leek)
  • 350 g detached pork chop
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 l clear vegetable broth (instant)
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 Pot of chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chervil

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Peel, clean, wash and slice the carrots. Peel, clean, wash and cut the turnips into sticks. Clean, wash and cut leek into rings. Wash the smoked pork, dab dry and cut into cubes. Heat the oil in a pot, fry the sausages in it until golden brown, take them out and let them drain on kitchen paper. Sauté the onion and garlic in the frying fat.

    Add carrots and leek and stir-fry. Deglaze with vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. After about 8 minutes add peas, beetroot sticks and smoked pork loin. Wash the chervil, dab dry and chop finely. Add to the stew and season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Serve garnished with chervil
