  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 75 g Sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Double cream- cream cheese
  • 2 TEASPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Dice the feta cheese

    Mix cream cheese in a bowl with paprika, feta cheese and ajwar. Season to taste with salt
