Ingredients

  • 350 g Flour
  • 1 Pk. Baking Powder
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Pk. Vanilla sugar
  • 4 pcs. Eggs
  • 175 g melt butter
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 40 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 1/2 Gerieben Courgettes
  • 380 g Sour cherries

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and crumble the wreath shape.

    Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, butter and milk to a dough and fill half of the dough into the ring mould.

    Now stir the chocolate sprinkles, the zucchini shavings and the sour cherries into the rest of the dough and also fill into the mould. Bake the cake at 180°C for about 30 minutes, then sprinkle with sugar.
