Ingredients

  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 100 g dark wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 100 g Wholemeal rye flour
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 package (300 g) deep-frozen leaf spinach
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 175 g Blue cheese
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Mix yeast in 4-6 tablespoons of lukewarm water. Knead flour, yeast, 3 tablespoons of oil and salt. Leave in a warm place for about 20 minutes. Peel onions and garlic. Cut the onions into slices and crush the garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Defrost the spinach in a little water at medium heat for about 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Dice cheese. Roll out the dough into a circle (30 cm Ø) on a lightly floured work surface. Spread with strained tomatoes. Spread drained spinach, tomatoes and cheese on top. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes
