Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes
Possibly clean, wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into pieces. Arrange the steaks on the salad. Garnish with parsley and tomato cubes if necessary
