Spicy turkey steaks on toast

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Turkey steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 4 Peach halves (tin)
  • 100 g Blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
  • 4 discs (35 g each) Sandwich bread or toast
  • 4 TSP butter/margarine
  • 4 TSP flaked almonds
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Head endive salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash and dry steaks if necessary. Fry in hot oil on each side for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Cut peaches into thick slices. Dice cheese. Toast bread and spread 1 teaspoon of fat on each. Cover with steaks and peach slices. Sprinkle with cheese and flaked almonds

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 10-15 minutes

    Possibly clean, wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into pieces. Arrange the steaks on the salad. Garnish with parsley and tomato cubes if necessary

    Drink: cool white wine
