Spicy turkey shashlik

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 medium-sized onions
  • 500 g Turkey Breast
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, curry
  • 200 ml Curry ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Onions peel, in columns cut. Wash and dab the meat and cut into large cubes. Put both alternately on the wooden skewers

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers for about 7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Heat ketchup in the frying fat and pour over the skewers. Sprinkle with curry. Garnish if necessary. Bread rolls go well with it

    Drink: cold beer
