Ingredients

  • 1/2 Romaine lettuce or
  • 2 lettuce hearts (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 small ripe avocados
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 125 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 red chilli pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp or cayenne pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash, clean and quarter the strawberries. Halve, stone, peel and slice avocados. Sprinkle with lemon juice immediately. Clean, wash and slice or slice mushrooms. Carve, seed, wash and finely chop the chillies lengthwise

    Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil vigorously into the mixture. Stir in chilli. Mix the salad ingredients carefully and arrange on plates. Drizzle with the marinade. Slice or grate the Parmesan cheese thinly with a peeler
