Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Head lettuce (e.g. romaine lettuce)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 (approx. 300 g) Cucumber
  • 12 Lychees (canned or fresh)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 Tbsp Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 12 (approx. 300 g) cooked shrimps in their shells
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon z. Garnish

    Clean, wash and drain the salad and cut into strips. Clean and wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Cut tomatoes into thin slices. Slice or cut cucumber into very fine slices

    Drain lychees or peel fresh fruit like an egg. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and ketchup. Season with salt, pepper and possibly cayenne pepper. Arrange the salad ingredients on plates. Remove the prawns from their shells, add

    Spread the salad dressing over the salad. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop, except for a little to garnish. Sprinkle over the salad. Garnish the salad with the rest of the dill and possibly lemon. Garlic bread tastes good with it

    Drink: cool white wine
