Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Wash potatoes and cut in half. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potatoes all around for about 20 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second pan. Fry the meat briefly while turning. Add bacon, fry for another 2 minutes. Knead the corn. Add bell peppers, spring onions and corn and fry for another 4 minutes.
Season to taste with salt and coarse pepper. Fold the vegetable-meat mixture into the potatoes. Sour cream tastes good with it.
