Ingredients

  • 100 g green beans
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 300 g Potatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Sunflower oil
  • 100 ml low-fat vegetable stock
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Aiwar (spicy-hot spice paste)
  • 1 stem(s) Marjoram
  • 1 Turkey Vienna sausages (15 % fat; 50 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) Whole milk yoghurt

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans and, depending on their size, cut them into small pieces if necessary. Peppers clean, wash and roughly dice. Peel, wash and slice potatoes

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes for approx. 5 minutes while turning. Deglaze with broth and aiwar, add beans and paprika

    Wash marjoram, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalk and chop. Cut the sausage into large pieces. Season goulash with salt, pepper and marjoram. Add the sausage and warm it up for about 5 minutes. Add yoghurt
