Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Fold in 2 tablespoons of oil. Clean and wash the peppers and salad. Dice the peppers finely, if necessary pluck the salad smaller. Mix both with the marinade
Peel the onions, cut into thin rings and turn in the flour
Dab the steaks dry and cut the fat edges several times. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the steaks for 4-6 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper
Heat approx. 1/4 l oil. Fry the onion rings for 2-3 minutes in portions until golden brown. Drain. Arrange everything. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Fried potatoes go well with it
