Spicy fried potato pan with roast cold cuts

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g frozen beans
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 4 discs cured roast ham from the previous day (alternatively, let the butcher cut the roast open thicker)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

Directions

    Defrost beans at room temperature. Wash the potatoes and cook in plenty of boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel onions. Cut 1 onion into cubes, 1 into rings and dust with flour.

    Drain the potatoes, rinse under cold water, drain and remove the skin. Halve the potatoes and cut into slices. Cut the meat into strips. Melt butter and fry onion cubes until translucent while turning.

    Add the beans and steam for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a frying pan and fry the onion rings for approx. 3 minutes while turning them until crispy.

    Take out and drain on kitchen paper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the potatoes for about 12 minutes, turning them over. After about 8 minutes add meat and fry. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Add the beans to the pan and spread onion rings on the potatoes.
