Heat the fat in a coated pan. Sweat the peppers briefly in it, add nuts and mix everything well. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 20 minutes, stirring once. Remove and place in a bowl, sprinkle with sea salt and mix well. Leave to cool and wrap as a gift. Shelf life approx. 2 months when packed airtight
