Chop the hazelnuts finely. Mix flour and baking powder. Add sugar, vanillin sugar, spices, salt, egg, 70 g hazelnuts and butter. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface approx. 3 mm thin and cut out approx. 50 pretzels (6 cm long), knead the dough remains together again and roll out.
Place the pretzels on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Brush with cream and sprinkle with 30 g chopped nuts. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 7-8 minutes. Remove the biscuits from the oven and let them cool down. Dust with icing sugar
