Spaghetti with turkey-mushroom sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1/4 l Broth
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 100 g thin turkey breast cold cuts
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime peel and chop the onion and fry it in the oil. Wash and chop the mushrooms and fry them. Add broth and cream, thicken. Season. Chop cold cuts and chives and heat them up.
