Prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water according to package instructions. In the meantime, cut the chillies lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and chop the pods finely (use gloves when doing so!!).
Peel garlic and onion. Chop the onion finely. Chop the garlic. Wash and clean the tomatoes, grate them dry and possibly halve them. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the tomatoes well in it. Add chillies, garlic and onion and fry until transparent.
Deglaze with wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. In the meantime drain the pasta and let it drain. Clean the rocket, wash and shake dry. Grate the parmesan finely. Add the pasta to the stock and toss.
Fold in rocket. Sprinkle with parmesan.
