Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 0?$? Branches of rosemary
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground coarse pepper
  • 1 can(s) Sardinillas de las Rias Gallegas en Aceite de Oliva (capacity 120 g, drained weight 90 g)
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Courgette
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slice

Directions

    Onions peel and chop finely. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Wash lemon thoroughly, grate dry, finely grate peel. Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Wash the rosemary, shake dry, pluck the needles from the twigs

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pot, fry onions and garlic over medium heat. Add rosemary and lemon zest, sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice, heat up

    Pour the sardinillas into a sieve and drain. Clean, wash and roughly grate the zucchini. Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain. Fold the noodles into the onion-herb-garlic oil, heat up again briefly. Coarsely crumble half of the sardinillas and mix in

    Arrange on plates sprinkled with lemon slice, remaining sardinillas, zucchini shavings and pepper
