Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes
Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms
Fry the onions and garlic in hot oil. Fry the mushrooms in it. Boil up with wine and milk. Dice the gorgonzola, melt it with mascarpone while stirring, bring to the boil briefly. Bind with sauce thickener and season to taste
Cut the sausage into strips. Drain noodles, serve with sauce and mortadella
Drink: cool white wine
