Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash rocket salad (pluck parsley)
Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and chilli in it. Drain the spaghetti and toss in the seasoning oil. Season with salt. Fold in rocket. Arrange spaghetti with Parma ham and garnish if necessary
