Spaghetti with garlic and oil

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 2 red chillies
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash parsley, dab dry, pluck off leaves and chop. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into strips. Peel garlic and cut into slices.

    Put spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let drain. Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic, parsley and chilli in it at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

    Put the spaghetti in the pan and fold in. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve spaghetti on preheated plates.
