Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes
Wash the basil, shake dry and cut into strips. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Grate Gouda
Whisk milk and eggs carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the Gouda. Drain the spaghetti and put it into a greased pizza form (approx. 26 cm Ø) or into a springform pan of an appropriate size
Pour egg milk over it. Place spring onions, basil, tomatoes, salami and mozzarella on top. Sprinkle with thyme. Bake everything in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for about 30 minutes. Garnish with basil if desired
